Check a machine's DNS settings. February 23, 2006 Go to the DOS (command) prompt. Click on Start Choose Run Type in the Open area: cmd OK Type in: ipconfig /all The output should show you the DNS plus other information. Type in: nslookup www.omeresa.net (return) Example of an output would be: Server:pluto.tchesc.org Address:10.19.16.11 Name:www.omeresa.net Address:192.168.11 To return to the Windows desktop, type in: exit (return)
