If the end user cannot pull up their host files, check
the following:

While in Reflection, pull down the File menu, choose transfer

In the middle, toward the bottom, choose Setup

Under the Protocol tab, choose WRQ/Reflection

Under preset configurations, choose

Troubleshooting to OpenVMS

Try the transfer again.

If this works, close the transfer box
and don't forget to save your settings

Note added 1/3/08:

I have noticed that the above is not fixing some of the problems we are having with File Transfer. The steps below did fix one end use's problem.

While in Reflection, pull down the File menu, choose transfer

In the middle, toward the bottom, choose Setup

Under the protocol tab, choose FTP

Under the preset configurations, choose

To OpenVMS Using WRQ FTP

Choose OK

Close

If this works for you, save your settings by choose the File pull-down menu in Reflections and choose Save or Save As.
