If you cannot make a connection through VPN, your ISP might be
limiting your port usage. You can try the following tips:				

After installing the VPN program, start the
VPN Client(Dialer).

Begin a New connection.

Name the connection (example:  home)

Ip address:

	home = 204.9.144.9

	(used to be: 66.144.200.9)

Enter the Group Access information
assigned by the OME-RESA Office.

Finish.

Start the VPN Dialer.

Choose Options, properties.

At the General Tab setup the following:

	home = 	Enable transparent tunneling
		Use IpSec over UDP (NAT/PAT)

	work = 	Enable transparent tunneling
		Use IPSec over UDP
